How to start up your own branch in five steps:
Send your resume to email@example.com. We will then call you to get to know you. If we both have a positive impression, we will make an appointment for an interview at our service center with Léon Verhaar, CEO of Flexibility. If both sides have a positive view of the introduction, you sign the confidentiality declaration.
2. Discussion on draft collaboration agreement
We then send you a draft collaboration agreement and schedule the next appointment to discuss it. This discussion covers all kinds of subjects, such as the franchise formula, the business model (earnings and costs), and a personal, detailed operating model (budget, placement, and cash forecast). Both parties then make a final decision on collaboration.
3. Signing of contract and preparation
We sign the collaboration agreement. Working with the service center, you take all the steps required to open your own branch (Chamber of Commerce registration, application for a “VAR” declaration of independent contractor status from the Dutch tax authorities, receipt of starter pack and login codes, etc.).
4. Customized training
You receive four weeks of training at the Flexibility service center. During this training period our own trainer will explain to you all the ins and outs of the profession. You select your own, exclusive postal code area.
5. Start-up of your Flexibility branch
You start your own business! You open your Flexibility branch knowing that you can rely on constant support from the staff at the service center. We are there to provide support and assistance all day long.
